James SHELTON was born in 1825 at Turnbridge Kent, England. He was a sawyer by trade. About 28 years later in 1853 he married Bridgety BARNETT at the Trinity Church at Launceston, Tasmania. Bridget was born in Tasmania in 1836 at Oatlands and was of Scottish descent.

Harry BROOMFIELD was born on the 02 April 1904 at Lyndhurst England. Harry and his Brother came out to Australia when he was about 18yr old.

Edna Alvie ARNOTT was born in Colac Victoria. Edna Alvie ARNOTT was one of 12 children, her parents were: Henry ARNOTT and Annie Christina YEATMAN.

Harry BROOMFIELD married Edna Alvie ARNOTT,
on the 25 September 1933 at Colac.

Harry and Edna (Alvie) had Eight children.

Joyce Annette BROOMFIELD was born on the 28 August 1939.
Joyce BROOMFIELD. Married James R SHELTON on the 05-December-1959.

Harry BROOMFIELD Died on the 05 April 1980. Harry is buried in the Colac Cemetery.
Edna (Elvie) ARNOTT Died on the 26 July 2005. Elvie was buried on 29 July 2005 in the Colac Cemetery
