This gentleman's residence, with its lead-light lace work and gracious entrance hall, is a fascinating example of federation architecture. The two front rooms, a bedroom with ensuite and a parlour, have been set aside as fine accommodation for the discerning visitor to the historic city of Bendigo.

Landonia is located in Mollison St., in the heart of Bendigo, within easy walking distance to historical points of interest, leading restaurants and the railway station and offers accommodation for two people.

The house is centrally heated with guests having the option of an open fire in the parlour, which is for their exclusive use. Landonia includes all the homely touches one becomes accustomed to in their own home. Original prints, fresh flowers, crisp white linen, an abundant supply of books and magazines, television and tea making facilities all help to make for comfortable relaxation after a busy day travelling or touring.

Breakfast is served each morning in the parlour where guests can relax in privacy with the morning newspaper. The leafy side verandah is available for guest's exclusive use and is particularly enjoyable during the warmer months.
