Research and lectures

These documents are my efforts at a daily advancement in Masonic knowledge - both for me and anyone else who might be interested.  The provenance of each is noted, along with suggestions for acknowledgement and citation.

Historiography and Revolutionary Freemasonry - an academic paper (rather long) on recent developments in the historical study of Freemasonry and its influence on 18th century European and American society.

William Charles Vahland: architect, citizen, Freemason - a biographical study of one of the founders of the city, and the lodges, of Bendigo.

Sir John Quick - a biographical study of one of the writers of the Australian constitution and local Freemason.
