Freemasonry in Bendigo

Bendigo is a regional city in Victoria, Australia.  It is the centre of a region that was once the greatest gold producer in the world and is now a rich and varied agricultural area.  Freemasonry has been a part of the Bendigo community since 1854 and in 2004 proudly celebrated its 150th anniversary.

What is Freemasonry?

The short answer is that it is a liberal organisation recognising the value of all men who share a common goal of self-improvement, and who work towards the betterment of mankind. The long answer may take a lifetime to develop, because it is yours alone.  Here are some starting points for your journey of discovery.
