It is believed that Our
Dowling came from County Cork in Ireland. Unfortunately there is a lot more that I still
have to reserch as I have only gone back as far as Andrew Dowling who was my grandfather's
grand father. He was married in Carlton, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and is buried in
Carlton. More about himj is on the next page.
